FAQ’s - here’s a few of our most frequently asked questions
How long will my delivery take? - The standard advertised purchase price includes standard delivery, this usually gets your products to you within 4 working days of placing the order.
Is next day delivery available? - Yes it is , please contact us directly to arrange this.
Does the advertised price include VAT? - Yes all advertised prices include VAT and standard delivery.
Do I have to be in when the goods arrive? - No, we can arrange the goods to be left for you with out a signature, please let us know about this when you order.
Will the driver let me know when he is on his way? - We can arrange for the driver to call you when he is on his way, just let us know your contact number.
Can I pay over the phone? - Yes, just give our office a call on 0151 929 2003.
Is the online shop secure? - Yes it certainly is, we use the world know Paypal service to carry out online payments.
Can I pay with a credit or debit card online? - absolutely! When you click the add to basket and check out links you will be taken to our Paypal checkout where you have the option of paying with Paypal OR with a credit or debit card (credit and debit card option is beneath the Paypal sign in window).
How will my goods arrive? - Your goods will arrive on a pallet in a tail lift lorry, the driver will remove the goods with a pallet trolley via the tail lift. The pallet trolley can only run on firm level surfaces such as concrete, paving slabs, block paving or tarmac (not gravel). The we only guarantee kerb side delivery, however the driver will manoeuvre the pallet to your desired location where possible.
How big is a bulk bag? - A bulk bag contains approximately 1 cubic metre of compost or bark or 1 tonne of topsoil.
