Q Do you have a minimum order?
A No, you can order any quantity from 20 kg to 1000 tonnes!!

Q Does the price include delivery?
A Yes, the price you see is a delivered price

Q Do you deliver Saturdays?
A Yes, although Saturdays incur a £25 surcharge, so many of our customers choose a Friday delivery.

Q Can I specify a time?
A You can specify A.M or P.M for an extra £5.80, this is over 98% successful 

Q Does the price include VAT?
A Prices quoted are always fully inclusive delivered prices so there are no nasty hidden extras.

Q How much notice do I need to give for delivery?
A As long as your order is received before 1P.M. one day you can have delivery as quick as nextday in most cases, we don't deliver on Sundays or Monday's.
   
Q Do you deliver to where I live?
A We cover the whole country! Simply select the postcode where you want the delivery.

Q I have never laid turf before, can you give me some guidance?
A Laying turf is easy with a little planning ahead, see our laying guide for help.

Q How much is delivery?
A The delivery charge is calculated by quantity, weight and the delivery postcode? The price you see 
includes delivery.

Q Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
A The confirmation email is your invoice and receipt.

Q How is the compost delivered?
A The delivery is kerb side, using a taillift offload.

Q Do I have to be home when the delivery is made?
A It can be arranged for the delivery to be left without a signature, we would need prior notice of this.
